MTS Fortuna is officially baptised. A special moment for everyone involved, and an important milestone in the partnership between BP and AMS Barging. The vessel is owned by BP and will be managed and operated by AMS, bringing together shared experience, trust and ambition on the water.
Under the theme ‘WE MOVE ENERGY’, MTS Fortuna represents more than a new vessel. With diesel-electric propulsion, a methanol-ready configuration and advanced onboard technology, she represents the future of inland shipping: smarter, more efficient and ready for what comes next.
Thank you to everyone who joined us in Rotterdam, to BP for our continuous partnership and to all colleagues and partners involved in bringing this new vessel to life. We wish MTS Fortuna and her crew many safe journeys ahead.
