When AMS Barging started building MTS Jade more than 20 years ago, we faced a technical challenge. Where others saw limitations, Veth Propulsion saw possibilities. That conversations became the beginning of a partnership that continues to this day.
Since then, we have worked together on numerous projects and innovations, from our award-winning MTS Amulet to our newest additions, MTS Fortuna and MTS Felicitas. Today, 7 of our vessels are equipped with Veth thrusters. Over the years, we have always shared the same drive to improve efficiency, performance and sustainability in inland shipping.
As part of its 75th anniversary celebration, Veth Propulsion is sharing stories about partnerships that have helped shape the company over the years. Our collaboration is featured as one of them, captured in an interview with AMS co-owner Igor Jansen and Veth Propulsion Sales Manager, Wim Boom.
